We are surrounded by fantastic places just a few kilometers away! For example, Castrocaro Terme, only 7 km away, is renowned for its fantastic thermal wellness facilities and swimming pools open 12 months a year (also reachable via a scenic walk through the hills). Faenza, a rich city renowned worldwide for its ceramic art, and Brisighella, the magical village of the three hills. Just a half-hour drive away lies the Romagna Riviera, with its beaches and exciting theme parks like Mirabilandia.

We found a wonderful spot at Katia's place, right at the back in the lower part of the garden with a magnificent view of the hills. There was nothing to be heard here except for birds chirping and occasional dog barking, so we had exactly what we were looking for – peace and quiet. Katia was very outgoing and warm, and we felt very welcome.
