Park Overnight (PON) offers simple, legal overnight spots in parking areas—ideal for spontaneous and safe travel. The spots are meant for one or more nights and are perfect when you need a quiet, official place to park, sleep and continue your journey.

The pitches for campers, motorhomes, and vans are located at the P3 parking area on the Hochkar. Nestled in the heart of the Ybbstal Alps, these spots offer impressive views of the surrounding ski resort. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Very expensive without any infrastructure. You don't just pay for the pitch, but also per person and a local tax. For what? You use the restaurants anyway and leave your money there.

It was quite nice, a lonely spot under the starry sky. The Hochkar area is beautiful and cozy. The ski lift parking lot has little charm, and it's somewhat incomprehensible why the camper parking isn't located at the valley station but rather below it.

I received a very helpful welcome from the Hochkar staff, who showed me where I could spend the night undisturbed. I was all alone on the site and could watch the starry sky—it was a truly unique experience! I'd love to come back!
