We offer two idyllic pitches on a well-maintained meadow, surrounded by fruit and nut trees, with your choice of where to park. Electricity and water connections are available upon request. Access is easy via a paved local road leading right to the property boundary. Enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding fields while benefiting from excellent transport links: the center of Krems is just 10 minutes away, and the Wachau World Heritage site, including Dürnstein, is reachable in 18 minutes. Langenlois and Zwettl are also just a short drive away. In the village itself, you'll find a swimming pond with a sunbathing lawn and volleyball court, as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails starting directly from the site. A local bakery and grocery store (open Mon-Sat, 06:00-12:00) is in the immediate vicinity, offering fresh pastries and supplies. Perfect for those seeking peace and nature, but also for families with children, grandparents, and more...

Everything was exactly as described. Michael and Daniela have a great spot with electricity and a campfire pit. You can top up your drinking water, and they help out wherever they can. The trampoline is a nice extra; it was great. We would love to come back.
