Parkplatz Castellberghütte V.-Achk.

A beautiful spot with views of the vineyards and the village. The designated pitches have little shade, so we took a parking space behind them. Since there was no event in the hut, it was very quiet. There is a very good restaurant within a 15-minute walk. With our filter bottle, we had good drinking water from the spring water at the fountain inlet. Being allowed to stay there legally was worth the money to us. We will come back, as there are also beautiful hiking opportunities with views of Freiburg and the Kaiserstuhl.

Great pitch with a perfect view of the vineyards, the Rhine Valley, and the Vosges mountains. Unfortunately, entering the pitch number directly via the web address provided on the notice board didn't work. As a result, we had to install the app. Paying via the app with PayPal didn't work either; after the PayPal transaction, I was redirected back to the app, which then didn't accept the payment. In the end, we could only pay later from a PC. The price of €15.50 for one night isn't cheap, especially since the KONUS card, which is paid for via the tourist tax, is not available on weekends. It's a shame that there is a toilet container that remains locked. It would be nice if this were also available to those using the pitches.

We have been to this site several times because it is very beautiful there. There were people partying at the barbecue hut until about 1 a.m., but it didn't bother us!

Very beautiful, quiet spot. Partly shaded as it's under trees. Small trash can at the entrance and a small fountain. Up by the hut, there is a playground and a fire pit. Had a very peaceful night, would love to come back.

Nice hiking car park for self-contained motorhomes. Easy to pay on-site via a QR code. The motorhome should not be longer than 6 meters.

I really enjoyed my stay here.

It was a very nice stay there. Would gladly come back.
