What is that?
Park Overnight (PON) offers simple, legal overnight spots in parking areas—ideal for spontaneous and safe travel. The spots are meant for one or more nights and are perfect when you need a quiet, official place to park, sleep and continue your journey.
Parking close to the town centre, directly by the open-air swimming pool with a magnificent view over the vineyards of Vogtsburg. Ideal starting point for hikes and cycling tours in the Kaiserstuhl. On-site supply and disposal station.
Caravans are also very welcome on our pitches, provided they are self-sufficient and therefore not reliant on external infrastructure. Electricity and sanitary facilities are not available on our municipal pitches. If these conditions are not met, overnight stays in caravans on our pitches are not permitted.
According to the spa tax statute of the town of Vogtsburg i.K., all non-local persons staying in the municipality are required to register and pay the spa tax. The spa tax of €2.00 per person aged 15 and over (from 2027 €2.50 per person) or €1.00 for children (from 2027 €1.50 per person) is transferred directly during the booking process.
In return, you will receive the KONUS guest card. With the KONUS guest card, you receive numerous discounts as well as free use of public transport between Karlsruhe and Basel throughout the Black Forest. You will receive your guest card directly on site at the Citizens' and Guest Information Office in Vogtsburg-Oberrotweil, or you can request it digitally. Please note the information in the booking details section.
The parking area is closed to motorhomes from mid-May to the end of September.
The Citizens' and Guest Information Office currently has the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00-12:30 and 14:00-16:00
Saturday 9:30-13:00

Notes on the facilities
Municipal charging stations for electric cars are located at the town hall in Vogtsburg-Oberrotweil (Bahnhofstraße 20) and at Im Riedgarten in Vogtsburg-Bickensohl. Additional charging points will be put into operation soon in Achkarren, Oberbergen, and Bischoffingen.
In front of the citizen and guest information center, there are also three free charging stations (each with 2 sockets) for e-bikes or small electrical devices (e.g., mobile phones). These charging stations can be used for a maximum of 12 hours. You must bring your own charger. A publicly accessible, free Wi-Fi is available at the town hall in Vogtsburg-Burkheim, Mittelstadt 7. There is also a public restroom at this location.
The Vogtsburg supply and disposal station as well as the fresh water station are located directly next to the Oberrotweil swimming pool and can be used for a fee.

You can cancel up to the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time set for this spot — not the end of the calendar day. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. In Vogtsburg-Oberrotweil, there is a large EDEKA supermarket as well as a bakery with a café. Numerous restaurants—from rustic wine taverns to Michelin-starred dining—can be found in Vogtsburg i.K. Village and farm shops are available in V.-Achkarren, V.-Bischoffingen, and V.-Burkheim. A small cheese shop can be found in Vogtsburg-Bickensohl (Neunlindenstraße 25). Regional and seasonal fruits and vegetables are available at various stands in Vogtsburg i.K. and at the Obsthof Neumühle. At the winegrowers' cooperative in Vogtsburg-Oberbergen, there is a 24-hour SHOP "Dorfmetzgerei 2.0". More cafés await in the historic Burkheim town center or in Vogtsburg-Achkarren. In Burkheim, you'll also find the Burkheimer Kräuterhof with countless spices and much more. A large selection of sparkling wine, wine, and non-alcoholic specialties are available in our around 30 wineries and winegrowers' cooperatives. Enjoy a relaxing day at the Oberrotweil outdoor swimming pool. The pool is located right next to the parking lot. You can look forward to a large sunbathing lawn, a play area, and a kiosk with seating. Open: mid-May to mid-September.

Very unhomely place, we drove away after paying. It's a small space for an overnight stay!!!
Good pitch with a wine tavern within walking distance (30 minutes) and as a starting point for hikes through the Kaiserstuhl.
Unfortunately, there was no water and the toilet emptying didn't work either. It was also loud all night because of the road.
Unfortunately, at the time of our trip, both the waste disposal and fresh water facilities were out of order.
It's located on the main road, but it was quiet at night. The pitch size is good, but it's sloped. The trees on the bends are very inconveniently placed, making for a very tight radius. The price is expensive for zero infrastructure.
Perfect if you need a quick overnight spot. Definitely need leveling ramps. Option to fill up with fresh water.
