It was a great stay at this wonderful place – and very cozy. We slept like a dream in the hay...
Staying overnight in this hay barn was incredibly cozy. With our three boys, this single-night stopover was close to being a highlight of our trip. The fallow deer woke us up in the morning, looking forward to being fed. A hiking trail started right from the hut – such a pity we didn't have more time to stay. Five minutes from the accommodation, we could enjoy draft beer. Sebastian showed us his farm and his little shop. The self-service fridge is also a very nice touch. Overall, we were completely satisfied and hope we'll get the chance to visit this area again.
Very welcoming place. The surroundings are superb. It was our first time sleeping in hay and the experience was very comfortable! Hearing the deer was really funny! Thank you for this family experience which leaves us with many beautiful memories and was a wonderful stopover during our trip to the Black Forest!
Really recommend this place! Place for was so comfortable. Toilet is really clean Deers were so nice
Beautiful experience in the heart of nature!
The hosts were very nice and made us feel like family. We felt welcome and comfortable. Sleeping in the hay was fantastic and something really special. There were three of us, two adults and a child. The fallow deer and the farm dogs were the highlight for our daughter! There is light and electricity in the small cabin, a barbecue that can be used, running drinking water (also for washing dishes), and farm-made products like schnapps, honey, and more available upon request. Since we stayed for 2 nights, a ticket for the nearby swimming pool was printed out for us via the tourist tax – meaning free entry for swimming and showering! There are also pitches for tents and motorhomes. We will definitely be back, thank you!
