The property is located in a residential area, with a railway line nearby, but otherwise enjoys a peaceful setting.

From Metzingen, you'll discover a plethora of hiking and cycling trails, including the scenic Metzingen Vineyard, the stunning Bad Urach Waterfall, and the picturesque Achalm Reutlingen. For the more adventurous, you can even hike from Metzingen to Bad Urach through the forest (and take the train back!). Plus, there's excellent access to the Neckar Valley Cycle Path. The nearest swimming lake is just a 30-minute bike ride away. Explore charming towns like Tübingen, Reutlingen, Nürtingen, and Bad Urach – all easily accessible by public transport or bike!
