Everything went smoothly. You can go hiking with your dog directly from the site. The main road is clearly audible, but it didn't bother us.
Such a great place. We felt very comfortable and would love to visit again.
Quite a large site within sight and earshot of a small federal highway, but quiet after 8:00 PM. Thank you for letting us stay the night.
Nice spot, we arrived late in the evening and took off again early in the morning. Therefore, we didn't see much of the surroundings. But it's true, the traffic noise spoils the experience a bit. Best regards from the Southern Black Forest
We arrived by train with our bicycles. The campsite is a beautiful green meadow surrounded by trees. The animals (donkeys, chickens, and pigs) were a highlight for the children. You could still hear the road a bit at night. You can go on great hikes directly from the campsite (e.g., to the castle or Xanderklinge). Access to the building, including toilets and sinks, is provided via a code. Everything worked smoothly, and we even used the fire pit with gathered wood to make stick bread. Many thanks to Andreas and Kezia for the lovely stay.
We had a great time - everything was as described and clean. The animals were cute! We knew about the road, but it was indeed very loud (even at night), so we wouldn't have stayed longer than a day. Everything else was wonderful!
