Spend a peaceful night on our spacious meadow at the edge of the forest, under a magnificent walnut tree. From here, you can explore many fantastic spots in the vicinity, including the Jusi (approx. 15 min walk). The meadow offers tranquility and, thanks to its natural dip, almost complete privacy.

There is a small stream down in the woods at the site, but for better water quality, we recommend the fountain in the village center (near the bus stop), which is spring-fed. In addition to the open fire pit, you'll find a large grate (including a griddle) and a small tripod grill on-site. Two chairs and a bench are also provided.

I’ve recently upgraded the spot: there is now plenty of seating around the fire pit, a table, and a built-in 'hop cave' (ground cooler). Feel free to ask me about it—it’s a great way to keep your drinks naturally chilled! Other additions, such as a privacy screen and a tarp setup, will be available soon. Finally, there is a small parasol on-site, as the summer sun can get quite intense :)

As another new feature, I purchased a 2400W portable power station last year, which can be used for small devices as well as kettles or coffee machines—just let me know if you need it (a deposit will be required).

Important: Vehicles with AWD can drive directly to the campfire and camping area to park, but this must be arranged in advance to protect the nature and the meadow.

There's a charming little bakery right next door in Kohlberg. For a larger grocery shop, we recommend heading to Dettingen or Metzingen, just a 5-minute drive away.

Kenne mich in der Gegend sehr gut aus und hatte bisher für jeden einen coolen Impuls, um die Zeit noch schöner zu gestalten.

...well, what can I say, of course, you generally need snow for that :) ...but in this area and at slightly higher elevations, there's usually always a bit of snow, at least enough for sledding. The Jusi mountain or the Eninger Weide on the other side are perfect for this. They're about 10km away but at an altitude of approximately 780-800m. Feel free to get in touch again if you have any questions, as it always depends on what you'd like to do.
