WildnisCamp Black Forest in Bad Peterstal-Griesbach / Renchtal. Located in the Ortenau region, between Offenburg and Freudenstadt. Ever dreamed of spending a night in the wild, surrounded by nature? Here in this National Park community, you can experience true adventure or completely escape the stress of everyday life—relax and enjoy the evening by the campfire! From here, you are just a short distance from the Glaswaldsee lake, the Haber Tower, or the waterfall. We offer a large meadow with several pitches, a fire pit, and a compost toilet. Fresh, clear spring water* is available just 200m from our camp. Our site currently has space for approximately 6 cars or tents. We are also happy to provide you with drinks and breakfast, snack, or BBQ baskets. Please make sure to read the site rules and check the link regarding forest fire risks! Our camp is situated at approximately 520m elevation, overlooking the small village of Bad Peterstal-Griesbach—central yet secluded. The camp is currently under development and is being constantly expanded. The property also includes 'SurviCamp', where archery is available upon request and where various courses and bachelor/bachelorette parties take place. Team events may also occur during the week. Please note: Construction work is currently taking place on our grounds on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM (until August 14, 2026). (No disruptive construction work will take place from August 15 to September 6, 2026!) Due to summer temperatures, workers start early in the morning, which may lead to temporary noise disturbance during these hours. We understand this may affect your stay and are doing our best to minimize the impact. Should the noise level be higher than expected, please speak to us at any time.
