Camping an der Wassermühle am Bach

Germany-37287 Wehretal
You'll find a beautiful traditional orchard (with very young trees) right by our mill stream. The pitch is shaded by trees, and the ground is flat, making it ideal for camping. Enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the Wehretal valley. The Wehre is the stream that powers our mill. It originates on the Hoher Meißner, the over 800-meter-high mountain that gives our district its name: Werra-Meißner-Kreis. Barbecue facilities and a fire pit are available. Here, you can soak in the evening s…

Great farm with a super dedicated host
Warm-hearted people. A beautiful place. A great old water mill that is currently being lovingly renovated bit by bit.
Well-maintained property in a wonderful location on the edge of the village. Very pleasant contact with the son. Unfortunately, the background noise from the highway and federal road is very loud (rooftop tent), and the bathroom, which is shared with the owners, was unavailable for over an hour before our departure because they were using it. As a result, we left without washing and had to use the bathroom outdoors. For these reasons and the road noise, I'm deducting 2 stars.
Great spot. Simple and straightforward. Electricity is already set up everywhere. We pretty much had our choice of pitches. The bathroom with a shower is located in the main house. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much!
We really enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in and Tim was a great host. We would stay here again if in the area.
Well-maintained, quiet site with a friendly owner. A great starting point for wonderful hikes. Toilet and shower are located in the owner's house - unfortunately, this means there is currently only one bathroom available. It works somehow, but I imagine it would be difficult if the site were full. I recommend this place if you are looking for peace and nature.
Quiet location, very nice welcome from the family. The place is very lovingly decorated with lights. The toilet and shower are located in the family's house.
