Trekking Camp am Renchtalsteig

Der Platz ist super, die Familie sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Perfect location

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The views over the valley and towards the Black Forest were stunning, and the hosts were wonderful. Anita, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming feel. It’s part of a family farm, which gives it a lot of charm. We had one of their grill baskets for dinner and a breakfast basket the next morning, and both were beyond excellent. Everything was fresh and homemade, including the bread, jams, and apple juice. There was far more food than we could eat, and you could tell that it had all been made with pride and care. It would have been a steal even at twice the cost. The campsite itself is simple and really well thought out. A short walk up a hill brings you to the tent platforms — we picked the one near the little hut and firepit. Firewood was provided, which was a lovely touch. Again, the views were incredible. It rained while we were there, but it didn’t matter at all — we had a brilliant time. We hope to come back.

Absolut traumhaft!

Der schöne Platz lein gutes Stück oberhalb des Hofes hat mir gut gefallen. Alles Wichtige war in solider Weise vor Ort vorhanden. Die Wasserstelle am Bach unten war mir persönlich, nach langer Wanderung, zu weit weg, aber ich hatte selber genug Wasser dabei. Die Holzplattform fürs Zelt direkt hinter dem Waldrand war schön geschützt und voller Ruhe und Vogelgezwitscher. Allerdings konnte ich auch meine Nachbarn noch bis Mitternacht gut hören. Vielleicht könnte man eine Ruhezeit ab 22Uhr festlegen? Die Regennacht war kein Problem, nur waren morgens die Planken sehr rutschig. Das gebuchte Frühstück war liebevoll und vielfältig in einer Box vorbereitet. Mit meinen Nachbarn hatte ich während des Frühstücks in der Hütte dann eine sehr nette Begegnung. Alles gut! Danke für diese tolle Möglichkeit, so naturnah zelten zu können!
