Für die Badefreudigen gibt es ganz viel in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung. Unser Favorit ist das Ägeribad und der Ägerisee. In Baar befindet sich das Schwimmbad Lättich. Wer mag, kann sich auch bei einem Sprung in den Wilersee oder Zugersee abkühlen. Wer gerne Rutschen mag ist im Alpamare in Pfäffikon gut aufgehoben. Der Swiss Holiday Park hat neben dem Bad noch viele weitere Attraktionen zu bieten.Wanderfreudige sind sehr gut bedient. Wir empfehlen die Höhenwanderung über die Höhronenkette zum Gottschalkenberg, Raten bis nach Einsiedeln. Die Sihlgalerien sind traumhaft schön, insbesondere im heissen Sommer. Der Zugerberg, Zug mit der Altstadt sind auch immer eine Reise wert. Im Lorzentobel sind die Höllgrotten zu empfehlen. Im Ägerital gibt es viele Wanderungen und viele Beizli zum Einkehren.Weitere Höhepunkte sind findet man im Sattel-Hochstuckli, im Winter ist die Langlaufloipe in Menzingen noch ein Geheimtipp, für Ruhesuchende empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im Kloster Gubel oder auch im Kloster Menzingen. Von uns aus über den Seedamm sind Rapperswil mit dem malerischen Pilgersteg und der Kinderzoo immer eine Reise wert. Wer Tiere mag, kann den Goldauer Tierpark oder den Wildnispark Langenberg besuchen.Besonders am Herzen liegt uns als begeisterte E-Bikefahrer die Herzroute-Veloroute 99.
