A parking spot facing the sunset on the outskirts of the most beautiful village in the southern Vienna Basin, featuring a vibrant 'Heuriger' wine tavern culture and the Siegersdorf brewery within walking distance. Nature and village life are right at your doorstep, yet Vienna is quickly accessible. A flat, rectangular 17 x 39m plot is available: choose your own orientation and enjoy the sunset. Access is via a gravel road. Nature on-site: This is a natural piece of land where only a portion is mowed, so please don't expect a manicured English lawn. Excellent 'Heurigen' and 'Buschenschank' (traditional Austrian wine taverns—look them up for a true local experience! 😉) and a charming local brewery with regional culinary delicacies are all within walking distance. Close to the A3 motorway (Pottendorf exit) but still wonderfully quiet, about 20 minutes to the Vienna city limits. Nearby towns like Baden, Bad Vöslau, Wiener Neustadt, and Eisenstadt offer indoor and outdoor pools. We highly recommend the thermal baths in Bad Vöslau, Bad Fischau, and Baden, or the Aqua Nova. Cinemas are also available in these towns. Excursion destinations: Nature hikes and bike tours starting right in the village, to Lake Haschendorf, along the Fischa river to its source, into Burgenland across the Leitha, or along the Wiener Neustädter Canal. Neighboring wine villages like Tattendorf, Deutsch Brodersdorf, and Leithaprodersdorf are highly recommended. 10 minutes by car or 25 by bike to Lake Neufeld. For children: Dumba Park with a climbing forest, dinosaurs, and a butterfly house in the neighboring town of Tattendorf. Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland is also nearby, offering tourist highlights like St. Margarethen, Familypark, Rust, Mörbisch (summer festivals), and the Leitha Mountains. Train stations in Ebenfurth and Pottendorf nearby: direct trains to Vienna, Sopron, or Bratislava. Local bus service available. Supermarkets and a castle park with ruins are located in Pottendorf.

Just a minute's walk south, a charming little pond is hidden away in the forest. This beautiful, flat area is perfect for exploring by bike along its scenic country paths.

Playground in the village Centrally located between Vienna, Wiener Neustadt, and Eisenstadt, all perfect for a wide range of activities. Other excursion destinations: Nature hikes and flat cycling tours start right in the village. Cycle to Lake Haschendorf, the 'Had' heath, along the Fischa river to its source, into Burgenland across the Leitha, or along the Wiener Neustadt Canal. Neighboring villages with a rich wine culture, such as Tattendorf, Deutsch Brodersdorf, and Leithaprodersdorf, are close by and highly recommended. Only 10 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by bike) to Lake Neufeld with its beautiful lido. For children: Dumba Park in the neighboring village of Tattendorf features a climbing park, dinosaurs, and a butterfly house. Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland is also within easy reach, offering a wealth of tourist attractions (St. Margarethen, Familypark, Rust, Mörbisch, summer festivals, etc.) and the Leitha Mountains. The Schneeberg and Rax mountains are in sight and can be reached even faster than from Vienna. Sopron in Hungary is just 30 minutes away. Public transport: The Ebenfurth and Pottendorf train stations are nearby (the Pottendorf line runs directly to Vienna, Sopron, or Bratislava without changing), and there is a bus stop right in the village.

Despite the short-notice request, Günter made the spot available to us and helped us find it with directions and photos. Many thanks! The address isn't on Google yet. The nearest buildings are quite close - that irritated us a bit, but the residents didn't seem to mind. The spot is very simple - but the view of the landscape is beautiful and open. Unfortunately, we missed the sunset ;)

A very simple pitch without much comfort, which is clearly stated in the description. The site was perfectly prepared and mowed the day before; they even took my dogs into account and cut the grass very short! For my purposes and requirements, the place was perfect. Many thanks to the host!
