This peaceful and sunny spot is perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. Families with children will also love it, thanks to a nearby lake with a playground and plenty of BBQ facilities, perfect for spending quality time together. The lake is just about 80m from the parking area and offers restrooms and water access.

Sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr kulant in An-und Abfahrt. Etwas teuer, da aktuell Baustelle daneben (kein Lärm am WE, jedoch unschön) und keine Dusche. Für autarke Wohnmobile und Personen, welche tagsüber lange unterwegs sind top :)
Sehr ruhiger Platz, mit Feuerstelle und Unterstand. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß auf dem nahegelegenen Abenteuerspielplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
A great place to stay for relaxed mountain people (with a dog). Toilets very close by and nice and quiet in the evening. We are definitely coming back.
Friendly welcome from the owner with tips for activities in the area. Pitch directly on the road and next to a construction site.
Erwin welcomed me warmly and even had some good tips. The spot is very quiet and slightly sloped. Great for a night in nature, but not if you want a lot of infrastructure. The playground with the lake opposite is a dream for families. I will come again!
Erwin hat uns begrüsst und war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Leider ist der Platz abgesehen vom Blick auf die Berge nicht sehr einladend und sehr einfach. Die öffentlichen Toiletten sind zwar vorhanden, aber zu weit entfernt, speziell nachts. Der Platz ist schief und die Baustelle gegenüber auch Samstag aktiv. Der Preis ist es definitiv nicht wert.
Very friendly welcome and everything well explained. The slightly sloped gravel pitch was good for setting up our trailer with a roof tent. Great playground with barbecue areas by a small lake nearby.
Quiet at night..
No toilet or water on the pitch. Public toilet nearby. Unfortunately not very clean. Currently, there's also a construction site on the neighboring property.
We were very kindly welcomed by Erwin, and he provided us with many tips for excursions in Engelberg. The pitch is, as described, very close to a beautiful playground with barbecue areas, which invites you to linger. The location is well-suited for making excursions. The pitch itself is brand new and is to be further developed in the future. During our stay, the fire pit was just being installed. Currently, it's a sloped gravel pitch directly on a cul-de-sac road where vehicles are stacked 3 to 4 meters apart.
