Cancellation

Flex

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Super quiet and really nice place, really friendly host. Perfect if you want to avoid all the tourists in Titisee but do want to travel through!

I was very warmly welcomed by Rafaela and Rheinhardt. Magnificent location with a view over Hinterzarten. Rheinhardt even helped me find a solution for my tent pole, which I had unfortunately broken. A double rainbow in the evening! And coffee and croissants offered for breakfast! A truly huge thank you to them for making my trekking trip such a beautiful memory!

The stay was truly wonderful, the location is magnificent, and the sunrise was simply fantastic. Everything was provided exactly as described. Rafaela and Reinhard are really nice hosts, and I can highly recommend a stay here.
